Forest Art_The Tren Wreck in Whistler

In the forest in Function Junction  along Cheakamus River, about 5km south of Whistler Village, there is a place that locals call Tren Wreck. It’s a place where you can easily find seven seven box-cars, the remains of a train crash from 1957 or 1958. At that time, Whistler was not touristy ski resort and there was little money to complete cleaning after the accident. Over the time, the remaining box-cars have been turned into quiet an interesting graffiti art piece.
